Refunds & Returns Policy

Please note, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products, sale items, or gift cards.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Savanco products, but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please email info@savanco.com with the following information:

  • Order number; and,
  • The items you wish to return; and,
  • a short message for the reason for the return.

Once we receive your email with all of the necessary information, a member from our Customer Support team will assist you with your return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, please email us at info@savanco.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include the following information:

  • Order number; and,
  • item that is defective/damaged; and,
  • a photo of the defective/damaged item with the defect/damage in clear view.

Once we receive your email with all of the necessary information, a member of our Customer Support team will reach out as soon as possible to help you with your order.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
